Velneshwar Beach is a calm beach in Konkan, Maharashtra, India. It's located near the village of Velneshwar, which is about 20 kilometers from Guhagar Beach. The beach is surrounded by coconut trees and the Arabian Sea. It's known for its gentle waves, sandy shores, and coconut palms.

How to reach

Chiplun is the nearest railway station to Velneshwar Beach, Guhagar, at 55 kilometers away. Chiplun is located in the Ratnagiri district and is well-connected to many major cities in India, including Mumbai and Pune. Several private and government vehicles are there between Velneshwar and Chiplun. From Guhagar bus depot, one can hire an auto-rickshaw to Velneshwar (Rs. 300/-). It takes about 30 mins. to cover a distance of 20 km. By Road – Regular State transport buses are available from Mumbai, Pune, and Kolhapur up to Guhagar.
