Located at 16 km at Pawas near Ratnagiri is the Swami Swaroopanand Samadhi temple which has gained much importance as a pilgrim place where thousands of people visit every year. The Samadhi temple was constructed in the memory of Shri Swami Swaroopanand who took Samadhi here on 15th August 1974.
The temple is very beautiful and you will have a feeling of intense satisfaction and peace as you are in the temple premises. Excellently managed by the managing committee and trustees, the temple provides daily Mahaprasad to the visiting devotees.
